Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how The No Fluff Realtor (Lazaro Cocho, a licensed agent with Chucktown Homes @ LPT Realty) collects, uses, and protects the information you share through this website, including through contact and property-inquiry forms.

Information we collect

When you submit a contact or inquiry form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and any message details. We may also collect basic, non-identifying analytics data such as pages visited and general location, used only to understand and improve the site.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, provide real estate services you request, and follow up about properties or questions relevant to you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

How we share information

Your information may be shared with Chucktown Homes @ LPT Realty and trusted service providers (such as transaction and email tools) strictly to help provide the services you've asked for. We may disclose information where required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Your choices

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by replying to any message or contacting us directly. You may also request that we correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.

SCOUT team portal

SCOUT is a private tool used by Lazaro Cocho and approved team members to track daily tasks, weekly reports, flagged leads, and goals. People sign in with Google. We receive only your name and email address from Google, and only accounts on our approved list can sign in.

What SCOUT stores

SCOUT stores daily task check-ins, weekly report numbers and notes, flagged lead details (name, platform, message sent, and a screenshot), notices, and a record of who changed team settings and goals. We use this information only to run The No Fluff Realtor's social media work and to review it. We don't sell it or share it outside the business.

Screenshots and requests

Flag screenshots are kept in a private area and deleted after 90 days. Team members and Lazaro can request correction or removal of their own information by contacting lazaroc@chucktownhomes.com or calling 912-800-6133.
