I skip the sales pitch. You get the truth.
Most people expect a realtor to talk a lot and say very little. I do the opposite, I tell you what a home is actually worth, what's wrong with it, and whether it fits what you're trying to do. Then I get to work.
My story
Real estate found me through my own moves. Buying homes as a military family, I worked with agents who were excellent. I also worked with a few who weren't. The bad experiences taught me more than the good ones did. I learned what it actually feels like to be under-informed, under-communicated with, or just another transaction on someone's list. That's where the "no fluff" approach comes from. It's not a slogan. It's a reaction to what I didn't want to put another family through.
I built this business the unglamorous way. I show up, return calls, and stay honest even when it costs me a commission. I'm married with two young kids, so I understand what it means to buy a home that actually has to work for a family, not just look good in photos.
My clients are first-time buyers, growing families, and folks relocating to the Coastal Empire who are tired of being sold to. What they get from me is straight information and someone who actually shows up where it matters. That means at inspections, at closings, and at every awkward negotiation in between.
